AVAILABILITY
• the inventory of all items offered on the site is limited and it is possible that at the time of purchase the requested item will not be available.
• IKKIKIDZ reserves the right to change and/or remove the list of items offered for purchase or close IKKIKIDZ online shop at any time and its sole discretion.
• if IKKIKIDZ for any reason is not able to deliver the ordered items or they are currently out of stock or there is a delay of any sort, the customer will be informed immediately and would be offered to terminate the order. IKKIKIDZ will refund the consumer the sum paid within 30 days from the day the order was placed.
FREE SHIPPING
IKKIKIDZ offers free standard delivery on orders above sg$50 for singapore orders and above sg$100 for overseas orders. free shipping will be applied to your order at the checkout.

standard delivery - IKKIKIDZ offers standard flat shipping rates throughout singapore island-wide. standard delivery will take 2-3 working days subject to stock availability.
express delivery - available only during working days and only delivering to singapore addresses at an additional charge of sg$20.
global (worldwide)

europe & us: 10 to 15 working days or you can opt for express shipping which will take 4 to 6 working days from singapore.
asia & australia: 4 to 5 working days

UNCOLLECTED PACKAGES
if the third-party carrier is unable to deliver the items due to the consumer’s unavailability at the time of delivery and/or inaccuracies in the address details provided by the consumer, IKKIKIDZ may charge the consumer for the cost of return shipping of the uncollected packages.
