RETURNS & EXCHANGE
• all returns and exchanges are free of charge within singapore. please note that the international return costs are not covered by IKKIKIDZ. however, we would be happy to refund you the shipping costs for a replacement item. please inform us once you have placed a new order and we will issue a refund in 5-10 working days to your account / online store credits.
• original invoice must be presented for return/exchange. all returned item(s) must be in original brand new condition - not worn, washed, or damaged, in original IKKIKIDZ packaging, and with original tags/labels. IKKIKIDZ reserves all rights to inspect the condition of the item prior to any exchange or return.
• returns that do not meet the above criteria may not be refunded.
• shipping with a tracked service is recommended to be able to monitor the returned items. please note that the additional duties, taxes, or any additional charges that may incur will not be refunded by IKKIKIDZ.
• item(s) or order you would like to return should be sent back to us within 15 days of receiving the items.
• once received, returned items are processed within 10 working days.
• IKKIKIDZ obliges to refund returned products within 30 working days of receiving the returned items.
• IKKIKIDZ is not offering exchanges for the change of mind, only for the damaged or wrong-size items; so if you would wish to purchase an alternative item, please place a new order at our online store.
• if a product was purchased as part of a set, bundle or multipack please ensure all items are returned together as we cannot complete part-returns or exchanges.
• kindly note that exchanges for size are subject to stock availability. items on sale are strictly non-exchangeable or refundable.
• purchased products can be exchanged only once.
FAULTY & INCORRECT ITEM(S) RETURNS
if you have received a faulty or incorrect item(s), please contact our customer care team at
ikkikidz@gmail.com with a photo of the damage, or the incorrectly sent product, as well as your order number. all faulty or damaged item(s) must be returned to IKKIKIDZ within 15 days after you have received your order and subject to the return policy detailed above, otherwise, such claim is permanently barred.
